Refund Policy – Custom Vehicles

At Ungoverned Pty Ltd, we specialise in custom-built off-road electric tracked vehicles. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ungoverned.com.au within 7 days of receipt, along with:

  • Clear photos of the packaging and the damage

  • A description of the issue

  • Your original order number

We will assess the issue and advise next steps. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.


European Union Customers

For merchandise shipped into the EU, customers retain the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, as per EU consumer protection law. However, this right may not apply to custom-built vehicles. If you're unsure, please contact us prior to placing an order.


Partial Refund Policy

Due to the significant upfront investment required to manufacture and supply your custom vehicle, we reserve the right to retain up to 20% of the total order payment if a cancellation or partial refund is requested and granted. This covers production costs, supplier commitments, and admin fees.

Additionally, please note that any refunded amount will be based on the final AUD amount received in our account. We cannot cover international payment processing fees, conversion losses, or banking charges.
